    Shipping Policy

    We ship via Australia Post, please allow 2-7 business days for your parcel to arrive. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, you can start tracking your new products via the Australia Post website by clicking https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/search

    • Free Pick up (Wait for confirmation email when order is ready) 

    • Standard Shipping - $12

    • Express Shipping - $19

    • Free Standard Shipping for orders over $250

    All shipments that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, details, attempted deliveries, or anything else. B3 Beauty will not be responsible for the shipment. If the parcel is returned to B3 Beauty, the buyer will need to re-pay for postage to resend. Otherwise, we can cancel the order once we've received the package. You will receive a refund for the order amount minus the original shipping cost.

    All orders requested for ‘free pick up’ will be notified when their orders have been packed and ready for collection. All orders will be available to collect during business hours. Once you've received the 'pick up' email please call B3 Beauty to make it known when you are picking up products. Please don't show un announced. 

    Returns & Refund Policy

    Due to hygiene purposes, B3 Beauty is not permitted to provide a refund or exchange for a change of mind. ​​​​

    If you have received a damaged/faulty item, we want to make it right! Please send us a photo and description of the damaged/faulty item along with the order details to info@b3beauty.com.au with the subject: Damage/faulty Goods- Invoice #00000. A damaged/faulty product must not have been used. It Must be in original packaging.

    B3 Beauty takes great care in packaging your items to minimise the possibility of damage in transit. In the rare event that you have received a damaged parcel please email your order details and a photo to info@b3beauty.com.au

Using the products is on the understanding that B3 Beauty and its employees, directors, and agents shall have no liability (including but not limited to liability by reason of negligence) to the users of the products for any loss, damage, cost or expense, whether financial or otherwise, direct, indirect consequential or special, incurred by, or arising by reason of, the participants using the products, whether caused by reason of any error, omission or misrepresentation in the Material or otherwise.

    2. Using the products may cause adverse effects and reactions. The adverse effect also includes serious injury or damage, for which B3 Beauty and its employees, directors, and agents shall not be liable at all in any circumstances.

    3. If you are using any prescription drugs, have an ongoing medical condition, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you should consult your healthcare provider before using the products.

    4. Neither B3 Beauty nor its affiliates, nor any of their officers, directors, or employees, agents, third parties product providers (collectively, "Providers"), or the like, warrant that the product/products is safe and or tested for their safety.
